There is a pattern to understand about YHWH our God. Yes a pattern or a blueprint. When we think of the word pattern it instantly resonates with a process, method and system by which we can understand or commit ourselves to a purpose and mission of activity. When we accept Yeshua (Jesus) as our personal Lord and Savior, we are accepting his gift of salvation. The church understands this and saves many souls through the confession of their belief that Yeshua HaMaschiach (Jesus Christ) died on the cross to cover the cost of our sinfulness, and rose on the third day, with all power in His hand.
This is where the church has been most productive, We all get to the cross and accept Jesus , we plead His blood over everything that we think we can to initiate protection, blessings and prosperity. Yet, there is a tremendous amount of YHWH’s pattern that is omitted and never referred to, but it is absolutely a portion of our inheritance. The Christian churches have removed the education that was meant for all of YHWH our God’s people to a special sect of people. We do understand that the leaders certainly should be knowledgeable about the word in order to lead the flock, but there used to be an insistence when I was coming up to attend Sabbath School (Sunday School for Christians).
In Matthew 24:24 it warns us of the false prophets that will rise up. Before we go into this scripture lets think about all of the prophetic scriptures you have heard all of your lives surrounding a false prophet. Take a minute and really think about these scriptures. This information is given to all who would read and have chosen to believe in Jesus Christ and accept Him as your personal Lord and Savior. This is available from the youngest to the oldest once you begin on this journey you are to begin learning about who it is you worship and praise. Remember we are to study to know how, what, where and when to worship.
Many of our churches have watered down or ‘sweetened’ up their messages and the like is true for the educational aspect in their Sunday School teachings of the word of YHWH our God. The lack of studying theTorah or Scriptures overall is the root of spiritual leader’s success in watering down scriptures, because there is no one else studying so who will know? There is no midrash, so who will inquire? We must understand that when we accept Christ as our Savior who rose with all power in His hand, we partake of this Christ or Kingly anointing by walking in the authority He has given us, but how do you know what that is? It must be poured into and revealed to you by the Holy Spirit, like Christ was revealed to Peter in
And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
We walk as Christ, for He lives in us and we hold the authority but how do we present a petition to rule in this kingdom? The elect know how to do this, because they have betrothed themselves to Christ (YHWH) and understand his patterns and legal position on the earth through which they operate. One of the warnings in Matthew reads…
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Below is a diagram of the Hebrew/Jewish culture pattern of studying the Torah and YHWH’s entire bible. This is the identical culture that Yeshua (Jesus) was reared in from a child to the start of his ministry. When we see this layout we gain a clearer understanding of the Scriptures of Yeshua (Jesus) and his life, and how the pattern is laid out and recognized.
The categories in the above chart of study is a pattern accepted by all Hebrew/Jewish generations beginning with ages 0-13 years of age. This is considered the age of direction, every Hebrew/Jewish family understands and accepts their responsibility and role in guiding their child in the Torah teachings. This foundational structure also requires lifestyle traits for instance, a Rabbi will arrive at your home by the time your child reaches the age of 8 to interview the parents and inquire the talents and skills they observe -The Age of Direction. This time period is also the age of Commands. An age in which a child is cultivated by knowing the commandments and principles which molds them in to a pattern of obedience in life. The first book a child is taught in the Torah is the book of Leviticus, Wow! Yes, it is Leviticus the very book many clergy avoid like the plague.
There is a community responsibility that we (the community), including the parents and elders pursue the younger ones to keep them in the structured lifestyle. The Hebrew/Jewish custom of a Bar’ (male) or Bat (female) Mitzvah is traditional with the expectation of that the child to accept the responsibility of continued learning from a Rabbi to dig deeper in the studies of the Torah principles. The study of the Torah aligns with the Life Span of Man, the first portion of their life from 0-13 years ‘We teach them,” the second segment from 14-30 years, “They walk the Torah,” and the third segment from 30 to death, is where one “Teaches the Torah to another.” This pattern is the foundation for our lives and lifestyles and how we approach all things we pursue in life. The foundational pattern is set in stone in the lives of every Hebrew/Jewish or any other person who studies the Torah, the blessing of structure, prosperity, and sound decision making is upon all who study the Torah and raise their children in this pattern for LIFE. You can follow a plan similar but without the intentional teaching of the Torah the activation of the kingship inheritance is dormant in your life.
When we look at the scripture of Matthew 24:24 it is clear that there are some who are called the elect of God, and because of their knowledge of the pattern or blueprint of YHWH being etched in their hearts, souls and minds they are not deceived. The two definitions of the term elect is listed below one of Hebrew and other of Greek and they both are the same. The emphasis is the name “Messiah” and “Christ” the chosen one, Christians are identified as the elect.
Hebrew Lexicon :: Strong’s H972 – bachiyr meaning chosen, choice one, chosen one, elect (of God)
Greek Lexicon :: Strong’s G1588 – eklektos meaning the following picked out, chosen
- chosen by God,
- to obtain salvation through Christ
Christians are called “chosen or elect” of God
the Messiah is called “elect”, as appointed by God to the most exalted office conceivable
choice, select, i.e. the best of its kind or class, excellence preeminent: applied to certain individual Christians
- to obtain salvation through Christ
Yet, are you sure you are walking and living your lives according to the pattern laid out by YHWH. A King appoints, selects a class set aside to represent excellence in the place he created to dwell. Christ the King and his anointing should live in you. The keeping agent referred to in Matthew 24:24 is strong because Christ will dwell in the elect. The elect are clearly aware of the authority they hold and are not found running from prophet to prophet for a word, or from church to church looking for a sign, miracle and wonder. Many shout that they are of the Kingdom of God but if so we would live as such. We are innocent to a small degree, because the teaching of YHWH’s (our God’s) word has become second or third in some churches to the offering and entertaining the people instead of teaching from birth. A strong community is waiting to grow up in the churches who carefully oversee their flock and guide them to the Cross to accept Yeshua (Jesus) and then teach them the Torah as their Savior studied, this is overcoming by the blood of the Lamb and the words of our testimony.
